Senior/ Executive Officer, School of Young Talents

**Job Category/Programme**: Administrative
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and planning support to ensure smooth operations for the School of Young Talents (SYT). This includes formal correspondence, meetings, reports, day-to-day operations, resource planning, etc.
- upport and work closely with the Head of Departments and teaching faculty to ensure smooth operation of classes such as timetabling, booking of facilities, preparation of teaching materials, etc
- Administer, monitor and track budget and expenditures for the school
- Manage and coordinate the information on SYT’s website, and SYT’s publicity (published/social media), which includes marketing materials of courses, enrolment and events, etc.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by Heads and Principal
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an administrative environment
- A resourceful team player with good interpersonal skills, hands-on, outgoing, independent and possess good initiative
- Able to work on weekends
