**Full time instructor - Mathnasium i12 Katong**

Mathnasium is a maths only-learning centre that offers both maths help and enrichment to children in grades K2-10. Each student in our program receives a customized learning plan based on our proprietary teaching materials.

Our first centre at The Forum on Orchard Road is growing rapidly and has received a strong reception from students and parents alike. We have just opened a new centre in Katong (in the newly renovated I12 Katong mall) and are seeking a full time Instructor to play a key role in its development.

The position includes teaching responsibilities as well as helping to manage a instruction and student learning plans, and assist with Centre Management. There will be comprehensive training provided.

Required Qualifications:

- Strong math skills and teaching experience, particularly with younger children (K2 to grade 8 / Sec 2)
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to help manage a team of part time instructors
- Ability to professionally interact with students and parents
- Energetic and confident personality

Knowledge of the Singapore Primary School maths curriculum / PSLE and related teaching experience is highly desirable.

The learning center environment will be supportive and encouraging. Applicants should love teaching and be able to motivate students to success.

Hours

This position is full time. Hours will be Monday 2.30 - 7.30pm, Tuesday - Thursday 11.30am - 7.30pm and Saturday/Sunday 10am - 3pm with Friday off. There may be some flexibility to move around these hours

**Salary**: $3,600.00 - $4,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus
