**Job Description**:

- More than 380 That’s the number of associates in our Singapore Large Molecules division to support the making of medicines for our patients worldwide.**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing team to carry out the manufacturing operations according to schedule in compliance with HSE and GMP requirements
- Translate operational schedule into team activities. Optimize the use of technical resources to reach team goals
- Ensure the completion of the team's tasks including documentary tasks such as the batch record review, SAP declarations, consumptions, etc. with adherence to Quality requirements Right First Time.
- Responsible for team development. Guide, mentor and coach team members to achieve high performing team.
- In case of technical issues, mobilize the team to identify and set up quick remediation solutions, complete first level investigation and recommend potential solutions
- Promote and Improve Safety and Quality Culture
- Ensure proper communication flow within various shift teams and relevant stakeholders
- Encourage and manage continuous process improvement at department level.

Minimum requirements
- Technical education is required; University degree in Science is desirable, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology or equivalent job experience
- Minimum 5 to 8 year experience in pharmaceuticals / biotech / aseptic manufacturing or development
- Min. 2-year experience in a coordination / leadership role in GMP environment
- Proven track record in Change management, adaptability, ability to work under pressure
- Experience in NPI and increase in production run rate
- Strong focus on Safety and Quality
- Proven experience with quality and compliance in an organization. Lead and managed Deviation Investigation and Change Control
- Good working knowledge of industrial tools and practices: DeltaV, SAP, OE, Agile, Trackwise, RCA, etc
