**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**CRM Optimization**:

- Analyze and optimize our CRM system to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Develop and maintain CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to support sales team activities.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.

**Reporting and Analytics**:

- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Present findings and recommendations to reporting manager, sales leadership & relevant stakeholders.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
- Analyze market data to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunitiesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our target markets and customer segments

**Sales Support**:

- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support sales strategy development and execution
- Collaborate with sales team members to develop sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and enhance relationshipsAssist in the development of sales forecast models and pipeline analysis

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong time management skills & ability to communicate effectivelyStrong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
