**Operational Responsibilities**
- Overall-in-charge to ensure smooth and functioning of all F&B outlets in the Club.
- In charge of strategizing and coordinating monthly food promotions, creating innovative outlet menus, and revising beverage menu prices across all F&B outlets.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing short-and long-term goals for F&B department, including training and building up an effective F&B Team.
- Strategize marketing approaches to align with current industry trends, involving regular market surveys to enhance the F&B department's competitiveness and profitability.
- Elevate service and product standards to match a 5-Star hospitality benchmark
- Uphold ethical business practices in accordance with Club governance standards.
- Perform daily roll calls for all F&B outlets; assess outlet operational readiness, staff attire adherence, outlet, and kitchen cleanliness; promptly address any identified shortcomings.
- Hold daily and weekly briefings to communicate the day's Club events as well as new operational policies and procedures to all F&B staff members.
- Enhance collaboration and synergy between the F&B kitchen and service teams, ensuring a uniform and exceptional dining experience for Club Members and guests.
- Continuously engage with Members and guests to collect service feedback, thus upholding and enhancing food and service quality.
- Ensure accurate generation of event orders and collaborate with relevant departments to secure required manpower, equipment, and supplies.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping and Facilities teams to enhance the ambiance of all F&B outlets, creating an elevated environment that aligns with the dining preferences of Members and guests.
- Take charge of succession planning by nurturing and preparing upcoming Executives in the pipeline.

**Administrative Responsibilities**
- Prepare both Operating and Capital Budget for the Department.
- Generate statistical analyses on monthly revenue, expenses, and profits.
- Establish definitive 5-Star F&B service standards, craft on-the-job training, and closely supervise service execution.
- Collaborate with HR & Admin to coordinate mandatory and service-oriented training.
- Oversee workforce allocation, food costs, and F&B-related expenses; secure approval from the F&B Convenor for all pricing adjustments and policy changes before implementation.
- Authorize leave requests, medical leave, verify part-timers and casual staff attendance, process overtime claims, and endorse invoices and petty cash disbursements.
- Conduct Annual Performance Appraisals, evaluate employee achievements, periodically provide feedback, and offer guidance on work performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for stock, equipment, furniture, and fixtures; reconcile these records with the Finance department.
- Manage business expenditures while upholding service standards through role expansion, multitasking, waste reduction, inventory minimization, and efficient food management.
- Participate in staff meetings and Committee Meetings, acquiring feedback and contributing to discussions on sales and service strategies.
- Undertake any additional duties and initiatives assigned by the F&B Convenor and General Manager.

**Job Requirements**

**_Qualifications _**
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Services Management.

**_Experience _**
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in F&B Management.
- An added advantage with culinary expertise or knowledge.

**_Skills & Knowledge _**
- Good supervisory and management skills
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
- Possess leadership qualities with good interpersonal skill
- Able to work long hours including Public Holidays and Weekends and deliver top performance under pressure
