Singapore LIGHTHOUSE BISTRO PTE. LTD. Full time

To wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking, and to verify that the prepared food meets the required quality and quantity.
- To adhere strictly to all established standard operating procedures.
- To follow instructions, perform and be guided by the Head Chef and Sous Chef in kitchen operations.
- To be in total compliance with the recipe book.
- To complete all required mise en place.
- To assure proper care and maintenance of all food service equipment.
- To maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in all kitchen areas.
- To comply to all food safety rules and health regulations.

**Requirements**:

- To possess a Culinary Certificate or relevant experience in a professional kitchen.
- To possess a well-groomed and professional appearance.
- To communicate effectively and to possess a positive attitude.
- To be diligent and able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment.
- To be able to multi-task, working on several dishes at the same time.
