- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and clients.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Requirements**:

- A degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience and Skills**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Flavors industry.
- Strong sensory skills to evaluate and select appropriate flavors.
- Results-oriented and customer-centric work ethic.
- Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities
