**RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Content Creation & Brand Management- Creative content development: Drive and execute the Academy's content strategy by demonstrating strong and creative writing skills.

- Digital Marketing & Performance Analysis- Digital Channel Management: Execute the daily management of digital marketing and social media platforms, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and participating in platform-specific activities to expand marketing reach.
- Agency Management: Work closely with our agency on digital marketing efforts

- Event Management- Support preparation and co-ordination for marketing events when necessary.

- Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement- Market & Industry Networking: Attend networking events to market SMUA.
- Collaboration & Outreach: Identify and pursue SMUA-wide partnerships and collaborations that can enhance course offerings, co-branded marketing campaigns, or provide access to new student demographics.

- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

- Minimum Diploma or Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Good understanding of marketing via various digital platforms.
- Possess proficient level of written (both short and long form writing), communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Meticulous, eye for detail.
- Possess a service mindset.
- Independent worker and a team player. Able to work collaboratively with others.
- Possess adequate Corporate Branding knowledge.
- Ability to edit webpages via CMS and develop marketing collaterals.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
- Previous experience in marketing and programme management in the education sector will be advantageous.
