**Purpose and Scope**
- Sembcorp is seeking a Senior Process Excellence Executive to join the Procurement team. This role is based in Singapore and will be responsible to support Manager, Procurement to drive Procurement transformation, fulfilling the Procurement Excellence.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Process and Governance
- Procurement Process - Work with Procurement for Procurement policy and standards deployment. Coordinate with user groups to improve and drive consistency and efficiency across organization. Responsible to document and communicate process changes.
- Procurement Governance - Reporting for all major Procurement deliverables including procurement saving and compliance performance. Support in project execution or monitoring for Procurement related initiatives.
- Performance and Portfolio management - Reporting for all major Procurement deliverables including procurement saving and compliance performance. Support in project execution or monitoring for Procurement related initiatives.
- Procurement Community Building
- Support Procurement to organize procurement related council meetings and category reviews. Monitor the execution of best practices sharing across Markets, promote collaboration and community building.
- Procurement Digital - Project team member to work jointly with respective functions and users for e-procurement system deployment.
- Training delivery - Responsible for delivering SAP S4 purchase requisition training across users and related procurement system related training. Building/enhance training material and translate to e-learning as appropriate with Learning and Development function.
- Competency capability Building - Support the function to develop framework for capability building and training including working with Learning and Development function to develop training courses and material for capability building.
- Sustainability - Support/Lead key initiatives on sustainability procurement or related topics.
- Procurement Transformation
- Support Procurement Transformation and change management.
- Support the Digital Procurement transformation and lead S2P Process design.
- Support Group Procurement Head in developing and executing training and development plan via Procurement Competency framework.

- Develop Policies and SOP, drive efficiency and establish controls.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement/ Supply chain/ Business Management/Engineering with minimum 5 years procurement experience.
- Experience in Digital Procurement project and P2P Transformation and Project Management is preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant IT systems including SAP, S2P e-platform deployment.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with respective functions to drive S2P efficiency and compliance.
- Ability to communicate and influence across different levels in the organization, engaging and collaborative way of working.
- Passion in continuous improvement, people development and driving changes.
