**What the role is**
- You will report to Group Director/Crisis Strategy and Operations Group (CSOG) on the day-to-day operations of COVID-19 Testing Operations Task Group (TOTG). You will be responsible for the planning and operationalisation of the national swab and testing operations for COVID-19 under the National Testing Strategy. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

**What you will be working on**
- In this role, you will lead a team of over 100 staff to ensure the smooth and safe conduct of day-to-day testing operations across the test centres and off-site locations. You will oversee the capability development of TOTG to ensure it meets COVID-19 national testing demands, through developing new concept of test operations and operational plans when required in support of national COVID-19 testing policies. You will also be responsible for managing TOTG’s resources, including manpower, vendors and laboratories, developing and implementing new operational plans to meet expected test demands, and ensuring that processes and procedures are carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
