**Role Overview**:As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological direction of our Web3 FinTech startup. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing and implementing robust blockchain solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration with our financial services platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Technical Strategy**:

- Develop and execute the technical strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies in the Web3 and blockchain space.
- ** Product Development**:

- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment.
- Drive innovation in Web3 technologies to enhance our FinTech offerings.
- ** Blockchain Expertise**:

- Provide deep expertise in blockchain technologies, particularly Ethereum and other relevant protocols.
- Design and implement decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions to enhance financial service offerings.
- ** Team Leadership**:

- Build and lead a high-performing engineering and development team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- ** Security and Compliance**:

- Ensure the security and compliance of our Web3 financial products.

**Requirements**:

- ** Education**: Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ** Experience**:

- Proven track record as a CTO or senior technology leader in a FinTech or blockchain-focused startup.
- Substantial experience in developing and deploying blockchain solutions.

- Expertise in blockchain technologies, with a focus on Ethereum and smart contract development.
- Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts and protocols.
