We're looking for analytical and passionate people to join our proven team as **Chief Technology Officer **based in Singapore.

- You will work with a diverse team of former investment bankers, strategy consultants and business owners in developing, monitoring and improving products to facilitate the activity of private investing

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships (including finding data partners) and external relationships
- Represent the technological agenda in internal/external meetings and when making hiring decisions
- Responsible for managing, retaining and hiring the core technology team including software engineers, user interface/ user experience designers, quality assurance analysts, data analysts
- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
- Develop, track and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations with the Chief Financial Officer
- Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence, especially since Fundnel is regulated in more than one jurisdiction
- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in technology landscape specifically in the private capital markets
- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
- Work closely with Marketing, Legal, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
- Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets

Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum working experience as a Chief Technology Officer for 3 year(s)
- MA in Engineering, Computer Science or similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development (data analytics and data science are bonus)
- Experience working in Finance or Fintech companies
- Hands on experience with complex project management
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proactive problem solver
- Should be willing to get their hands dirty at first but, as the business grows, the role will often evolve to become more managerial
- Interested in learning about different industries and passionate about private capital transactions
