**Your role**
- Are you a shrewd evaluator of risk? Do you know how make the right call in challenging situations? Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of projects? We're looking for someone like this to:
- develop and maintain the Business Continuity & Resiliency (BCR) program for our Regional Head of Business Continuity & Resiliency Manager
- partner with our Country Operating Officer and key experts across the organization
- think strategically, making business cases that hold up over the long term
- support business activities necessary to enable the organization to manage a crisis event as well as meet regulatory requirements
- educate and engage BCR responsible people to ensure they are actively involved in their recovery plans
- liaise with other UBS business and Technology groups to ensure effective coordination with cross-firm initiatives

- You'll be working in the APAC Business Continuity & Resiliency Management (BCR) Team. We’re responsible for various strategic projects in APAC, from process management to technology improvement. No two days are the same - planning, analysis, educating, presenting, developing and responding to crisis situation

- BCR know-how, you know the processes and technologies by heart
