**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain, Develop and Manage relationships with your customers
- Engage with the customers to fully understand their equipment maintenance requirements
- Manage customer expectations and communicate customer requirements within the operations team
- Ensure timely processing, technical analysis, and quote provisioning for your customer’s requests
- Pro-actively prepare quotations, technical evaluations, and price break downs
- Support in the negotiation and discussion for service contracts across Asia Pacific
- Provide customer support in technical and commercial customer inquiries
- Monitor your customer’s orders and align internal teams to meet our delivery goals

**Requirements**:

- You must hold a technical degree, preferably in mechanical engineering
- A minimum of 3 years commercial experience round off your profile
- You will need to display a positive presence, be approachable, enthusiastic and confident
- Your excellent communication skills enable you to build relationships and communicate with a diverse range of internal and external customers
- You must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You know how to handle MS Office Applications and SAP
- Self-discipline with excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and deal with numerous queries simultaneously will ensure you are successfully managing your and ours team’s daily work load
- You are able to think critically to question and help improve internal processes
- You hold a driving licence
- You are able to travel internationally if required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per month
