Singapore APPLIED TOTAL CONTROL TREATMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

We are seeking an Accountant to supervise a regional finance team with the Finance Manager and CFO in enhancing financial reporting, costing, budgeting, internal controls, treasury, regional finance and tax integration, and ensuring compliance in IFRS.

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Reporting and Analysis**
- Draft audit financial statements
- Prepare and/or check management reports
- Conduct analytical review
- Participate in due diligence exercise of target companies
- Prepare group consolidation of accounts and segment reporting

**Audit & Tax Compliance**
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax and corporate secretariat agents
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate SOPs
- Identify and address improvements in internal controls

**Budgeting**
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, involve in costs control, and variance analysis.

**Process Improvement & Systems Management**
- Enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.
- Implement and enhance existing workflows and/or new systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business, ACCA (or equivalent)
- External audit exposure is advantageous
- Competency in interpretation of IFRS
- Proficiency in group consolidation of accounts
- Good problem-solving skills
- CA Singapore (or equivalent) qualification is desired, but not mandatory
- Able to start work at short notice
