**Responsibilities**
- Ensures timely and accurate monthly payroll processing for Full-Timers and Part-Timers and compute employees’ remuneration/claims for leavers and other off-cycle payments.
- Verifies and reconciles daily attendance, including overtime, allowance, leave records and monthly payroll adjustments, and rectify any discrepancy.
- Reconciles monthly payroll costs and prepares the resulting journal entries for posting to the General Ledger.
- Processes and provides final salary information for Form IR21 submission for foreign employees
- Prepares and processes NS Make-up Pay, Government-Paid Maternity, Paternity, Childcare and any other claims from relevant authorities.
- Prepares, verifies and processes monthly declarations to CPF and various funds and associations, Form IR8A and submit foreign employee’s tax clearance.
- Honours the sanctity and confidentiality of employees' pay records and any HR-related confidential information.
- Prepares monthly payroll-related balance sheet schedules.
- Handles payroll input, processing, and payment independently, timely and accurately accordingly to set payroll timelines.
- Prepares all necessary reports for submission to the Director of Finance and Director of Human Resources for verification and approval.
- Maintains up-to-date, well-organised files in support of all payroll input, tax and other withholdings.
- Maintains all payroll records and documentation for internal and external audit purposes.
- Provides the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to guests and other associates.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder with at least 3 years of payroll related working experiences in a service industry.
- Excellent working knowledge of relevant payroll regulations issued by authorities such as Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Central Provident Fund (CPF) and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
- Able to handle high work volume of work and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to adopt new technology and equipment to improve productivity.
- Familiarity with Timesoft payroll system is highly desirable.
- Proficient in PivotTables and VLookup, as well as other Excel formulas.
- Committed, meticulous, detail-oriented, sharp, thoughtful, and systematic.
- Effective team player with a positive attitude and is pro-active.
- Exhibits the highest of integrity and work ethics.
