**Key Responsibilities**:
**Education and Tasting**:

- Offering detailed information about the origin, varieties, and flavor profiles of our alcoholic beverages, along with expert recommendations for food pairings.
- Educating customers on the nuances of tasting and appreciating alcohol, enhancing their overall experience and understanding.

**Sales and Promotion**:

- Promote the sale of alcohol through engaging storytelling, tastings, and by creating compelling reasons for purchase.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and sales, including working with marketing teams on promotional materials and events.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and feedback with professionalism and in a timely manner.

**Market Awareness**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collect and report feedback from customers and industry professionals to inform product development and marketing strategies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales ability and customer service orientation.
- Ability to engage and educate a diverse audience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for events and promotions.
- Professional certification in wine education (e.g., WSET, Sommelier) is advantageous.

**Schedule/ Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday
- 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM or
- 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM

**Additional Information**:

- Weekends off (availability required for occasional private events with prior scheduling)
- Meals not provided

**Job Types**:Part-time, Contract

**Salary**:$15.00 per hour

**Supplemental pay types**:Commission pay
