**About our group**:
The Operations and Strategy Management (OSM) Team is part of Global Factory IT MES Solutions and Services, which is responsible for Global Factory Applications Delivery.

The OSM Team is responsible for defining and executing the processes for Service Delivery, including SDLC, Portfolio Management, DevOps and Agile practices using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The OSM Team is also responsible for working with the development teams on enabling new technologies to support the architectural needs of the Manufacturing Execution Systems.

**About the role - you will**:
This position will be based in Singapore, Woodlands 3 to support Global Delivery and is responsible for enablement, System Architect/Engineering, and project management.

As part of the Enabling Team, this role is responsible for supporting the development teams on new technology adoption and technical practices for DevOps and CI/CD, by assisting teams with specialized capabilities and to become proficient in new technologies.

The System Architect/Engineering role is primarily concerned with defining the technical and architectural vision for the Agile Release Trains to help ensure the systems or solutions are fit for their intended purposes. Specific responsibilities include and not limited to:

- Identify and document subsystem interfaces and define non-functional requirements
- Work with product management and business stakeholders to help ensure fitness for purpose
- Validate technology assumptions and evaluate implementation alternatives
- Define and work with infrastructure stakeholders to create the continuous delivery pipeline
- Work with stakeholders to develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of enabler epics
- Work with Product Management to determine the capacity allocation for enablement work
- Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning and Pre
- and Post-PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt(I&A) events
- Plan and develop the Architectural Runway in support of new business Features and Capabilities
- Provide oversight and foster Built-In Quality and Team and Technical Agility
