**Work location: Boon Lay (shuttle bus from EW26 Lakeside MRT)
**Working mode: Hybrid mode (3 days office 2 days WFH)
**Responsibilities:
**Primary (70%)
**A. Application Support Lead**
- Project Lead or Tech Lead in change management and ensure changes to IT systems are delivered on schedule.
- Implement system software changes

**B. Project Manager**
- Perform project manager role:

- To ensure project is successfully delivered to meet user requirements.
- Manage stakeholders for project success
- Assist in project management and co-ordinate with vendors to ensure smooth systems implementation.

**Secondary (30%)
**C. Business Analyst**
- Perform Business Analyst role to implement business process innovation and change
- Conduct requirement studies, detailed systems analysis and design, and systems testing of new systems and system enhancements.
- Develop test specification and perform testing.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in computer science, computer engineering or information technology with at least 5 years total relevant work experiences.
- At least 1-3 years’ project management experience.
- Completed at least 1-2 full SDLC as Project Lead
- Proficient in formal project documentations
- Agile/Scrum Development Methodology
- At least 3 years of software development in (J2EE technologies) environment.
- Hands on Java, J2EE and web technologies experience
- Hands on Oracle, MS-SQL and database experience.
- Knowledge on Mobile App technology such as React Native will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on Container Orchestration such as Docker, Kubernetes / Mesosphere, WSO2 etc. will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge and experience on Cloud Computing (such as AWS, MS Azure) will be an added advantage.
- Preferably with business domain knowledge in logistic industry. Added advantage for knowledge on Billing processes.
- Highly resourceful individual who is proactive in asking and understanding the business needs.
- Possess strong analytical skills.
- An effective team player.
- Knowledge of the following skillset is preferred:
a) Frontend UI / UX:
i. JavaScript

ii. HTML5

iii. CSS3

iv. Angular, Bootstrap, Type Script or equivalent

b) Backend development:
i. J2EE / Backend Server side

ii. Java 8/ 11

iii. Spring Framework

iv. Spring Boot (Micro Services)

c) Database / NoSQL:
i. Oracle

ii. MySQL

iii. MongoDB

d) Secure Coding Standards

e) Build Tools:
i. Maven

ii. Ant

iii. Jenkins

f) Knowledge of server & OS architecture will be an added advantage

i. Linux, Solaris (shell scripts)

ii. Weblogic
