**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver simulation-based training sessions on consultative selling and stakeholder management to mid to senior-level sales staff in Banking Industry.
- Utilize real-life examples and case studies to enhance learning and provide practical insights.
- Adapt training materials to suit the specific needs and objectives of the client organization.
- Engage participants through interactive activities and discussions to ensure active participation and learning retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in delivering training programs related to consultative selling and stakeholder management within the BFSI sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and key account management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
- Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to suit the needs of diverse audiences.
- Experience in facilitating simulation-based training programs is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in training and development are a plus.
