**What You’ll Do**:
As our **Sous Chef (Mala Cuisine Specialist)**, you’ll play a key leadership role in kitchen operations while staying hands-on in food preparation and team development.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of 6 kitchen crew members
- Prepare high-quality Mala dishes with authenticity and consistency
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flowMentor junior staff and promote professional development within the kitchen
