**Responsibilities**:
1. Project Supervision & Coordination
- Take charge of project execution on site, ensuring works are carried out according to schedule and specifications
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and vendors to ensure smooth project progression

2. Site Testing & Quality Control
- Conduct and supervise various site tests (e.g., Non Destructive, Test, Plate Load Test, Structural Inspection) to ensure compliance with specifications
- Work closely with QA/QC teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project

3. Facade Inspection & Assessment
- Perform inspections and assessments of façade works, ensuring safety, alignment, and regulatory compliance
- Identify and report any defects or non-conformities, and coordinate necessary rectification works

4. Technical Support
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Resolve site issues and provide timely technical solutions

5. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and progress updates
- Ensure proper documentation for testing, inspections, and approvals

6. Safety & Compliance
- Enforce site safety protocols and ensure all activities comply with workplace safety and health regulations
- Conduct safety briefings and monitor site safety conditions

7. Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, and project updates
- Attend coordination meetings and ensure effective communication across all parties

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project coordination
