As the demand for our product continues to grow, we are seeking a talented Advertising Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore.

As an Advertising Operations Manager, you will:

- Plan, implement, and monitor advertising campaigns from start to finish;
- Optimize campaign execution to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Act as the main point of contact for technical issues related to incoming campaigns;
- Ensure smooth campaign processes and timely delivery by collaborating with stakeholders;
- Keep key stakeholders including clients and account teams updated on campaign and account level performance via regular reporting and status meetings;
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues promptly;
- Execute additional tasks related to ad campaign management.

To excel in this role, you should have:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Advertising Operations or a related field;
- Excellent knowledge of programmatic advertising;
- Strong proficiency in Pubmatic, Google Ad Manager, and Xandr (knowledge of other SSPs and/or DSPs is a plus);
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills in an international and multicultural environment;
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently;
- Curiosity and quick learning ability for new tools and platforms;
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail;
- An analytical mindset to optimize campaign performance;
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
