The Role
You will plan and execute Advertising and Promotional (A&P) activities for the shopping mall.
Job Responsibilities
- To be involved in marketing and communication programs which may include strategy

development, program implementation and evaluation and budgetary control in areas of
advertising, promotions, public relations and events
- Liaise and work closely with creative agencies, media agencies, contractors and event

companies, advertising agencies, and other relevant parties to create awareness for the
mall's activities through both traditional and online media to ensure successful execution of
events, promotions and campaigns
- Work closely with tenants to develop collaborative promotions and offerings, to enhance

customer experience through the mall's activities to drive traffic and increase tenants’ sales
- Updating and maintaining mall directories, A&P signage as well as the mall's website and

social media platform
- Conduct post-promotional campaign/events reviews and track budgets to assess the

effectiveness of the promotions/events
- Propose A&P budget and monitor and track expenditures
- Manage and maximize A&P budget to ensure that expenses are kept within the approved

limit
- Handling the marketing and leasing of advertising and atrium space
- Handle requests and inquiries on the usage of the A&P spaces

Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experiences in the shopping mall or retail industry
- Creative, meticulous, possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication or

presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a fast pace environment with mínimal

supervision.
