As a **Reconciliation & Treasury Operations Specialist **, you will be able to work on and help service our customer base, learn new ways of working, and build delightful high-quality experiences for our customers.

You will be part of the team responsible for supporting the implementation of processes relevant to the reconciliation and treasury operations for Trust Bank. The role will report into the Banking Operations Lead, you will be working closely with various stakeholders viz. Head of Treasury, Payment Ops. Team, Finance etc.

**Key Deliverables**
- Work closely with Treasury to support Treasury processes, e.g. Fixed Deposit placements, Foreign Exchange, MAS Bills booking and settlements, etc.
- Processing of treasury transactions and their settlement
- Handling of payment / settlement operations for Treasury related products
- Confirming of trades & FD placements with counterparties
- Liaising with counter-parties on confirmation or settlement issues for resolution
- Preparation and submission of MAS regulatory reporting
- Reconciliation of securities holdings with MAS and other custodians
- Process and manage reconciliations of Nostro, GL and Suspense Accounts

**Role Specific Technical Competencies**:
Skill & Target proficiency level
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Products e.g. Fixed Deposits, MAS Bills etc. - Core
- Understanding of debit/credit entries in Accounting - Entry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SWIFT on Securities messages - Core
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years’ experience in operation handling treasury products and swift payment is preferred
- System and IT savvy; good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Attention to details and the ability to multi-task
