Warehouse Assistant

Singapore TGA PTE. LTD. Full time

Well manage store in order to facilitate the inventory and delivery
- Ensure enough manpower for assembly to meet project deadlines.
- Able to drive the forklift for loading unloading of goods from container.
- To count stock, check the quality, report to the warehouse supervisor immediately if it is overstock, over compression, shortage of inventory, deterioration, damage and short expiration date.
- To carry out the collection, storage and delivery of materials in accordance with the warehouse SOPs, and cooperate with the financial staff for stock check.
- Person in charge of the warehouse security, prevent the theft of stock and damage to the warehouse facilities.
- To control external personnel to enter the warehouse without given consent of the supervisor.
- Able to work over time when required
- And other duties as may be assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Good work attitude/ attendance record and punctual
- Must possess a forklift license
- Physically fit and able to carry heavy loads
- Able to read equipment drawing and wiring diagram would be of advantage
