- Provide leadership towards Excelerate’s ongoing financing needs in the Asia Pacific region
- Provide leadership towards the structuring and execution of project finance transactions and other financing alternatives in the Asia Pacific region, including the building and maintenance of financial models
- Perform and maintain covenant compliance required under existing debt financing agreements in the Asia Pacific region
- Maintain and develop banking and financial institution relationships in the Asia Pacific region
- Serve as a key member of Excelerate’s global treasury team, supporting the company’s overall corporate financing objectives
- Assist the treasury team in evaluating ongoing liquidity and financing needs, analyzing cash forecasts, and assisting with other treasury management needs as requested
- Analyze credit risk of counterparties and contractors in the Asia Pacific region
- Provide incremental capacity towards supporting the commercial team as necessary in the Asia Pacific region

**Requirements**:

- BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or Economics
- 7+ years’ experience in project finance with exposure towards debt administration/compliance
- Energy and/or maritime industry experience preferred
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
- High motivation and initiative with an ability to work without close supervision
