**Job Purpose**:
As a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, key roles include financial analysis, budgeting, budgetary controls, management reporting, expenses management, costing, and overseas’ subsidiaries support. (S)he should be deeply involved in the business and advises management on business decisions and areas for improvements.
**Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the monthly and yearly consolidation of group results
- Responsible for financial analysis of the Group’s performance, budget variance analyses and provides information and advice to management on performance achieved and areas for improvements
- Support FM in driving the annual budgeting and budgetary control process and works with managers on annual target setting
- Preparation of timely and accurate management reports for submission to Management, ARC and Board on a regular basis for review and decision making purpose.
- Provides financial oversight and support for the Company’s overseas’ subsidiaries, including instituting and standardization of financial/accounting policies and internal controls.
- Supports the presales/business development team in costing and evaluation of new IT projects.
- Prepares ad hoc reports to management including reports on Group’s performance and product and project performance
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
**Minimum Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or professional accountancy qualification (eg ACA, CIMA) in local university.
**Experience required**:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience. (preferably FP&A experience).
- Audit background in one of the big four would be preferred.
- Experience with ERP implementation (Cognos Controller/TM1) and process improvements will be a distinct advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $5,300.00 - $7,000.00 per month
