**Job Description**:
Job Summary

Needs to have at least 3-5 years of accounting experience.

Willing to pay for an intelligent and responsible individual.

**Responsibilities**:
Bookkeeping:

- Accurately and efficiently key in receipts and other financial transactions into Quickbooks.

Financial Reporting:

- Generate monthly financial reports, including revenue, costs, accounts receivables, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare financial reports for tax submissions (optional).

Accounts Receivable:

- Track and follow up on overdue payments.

Other Duties:
Assist with other financial tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
