Roles & Responsibilities We’re Hiring: Finance Assistant (Part-Time / Internship) Join our growing team as a Part-Time Finance Assistant (Part-Time / Internship) We’re looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This role is open to fresh graduates/ individual available to commit to a regular schedule as stated above. What You’ll Be Doing: Issue invoices and receipts in a timely and accurate manner Handle accounts receivable, including tracking and following up with students for timely payments as per their instalment plans Check the receipt of payments from students and confirm it to respective students, suppliers, and internal office staff as needed Assist with data entry and maintain proper records of transactions Provide general support to the finance team as needed Undertake other duties as directed by the management team Job Requirements: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.) Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks is a plus A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work well under pressure Willingness to learn and take initiative Fresh graduates or individuals with no prior experience are welcome Part-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tell employers what skills you have Accounts PayableMicrosoft ExcelStrong Attention To DetailWork Well Under PressureData EntryQuickBooksAccounts ReceivableAccountingBookkeepingTeam Player
