**Position**:
Component Quality Inspector Team Lead

**Fixed Shift: Mondays to Fridays (9am to 6pm)**

**This position will be based under our specialty group, Converge located at Toh Guan Road, CJ Logistics Building.**

**What You'll Be Doing**
- The Quality Inspector Team Lead coordinates the proper dispositioning of and closeout of customer and supplier orders. Will delegate work of their team to ensure quality, production objectives, and schedules are met.
- Coordinate and monitor the work load and flow of customer and suppliers orders to Quality Inspectors to ensure that standards for quality are met.
- Ensures orders are properly closed and accounted for in company ERP and Quality systems.
- Serve as first level inspection escalation for area inspectors and point of problem resolution as appropriate for production process issues. Expedites discrepant products with appropriate staff to ensure they are properly closed out and accounted for.

**What We Are Looking For**
- 3-5 years of relevant experience to work in warehouse environment as Supervisor/Team Lead.
- Ability to lead and provide guidance to the team.
- Solution mindset in resolving operations issues and complaints as first point of escalation.
- Hand-on in running daily warehouse operations.
- Experienced to drive forklift, reach truck and pallet jack.
- Good attitude, willing to learn and punctual.
- Flexible to support overtime when required.
