**Product Implementation Manager (Program Manager)**

**The Role**:
As the Program Manager, you will work with multi-functional teams around the world to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of new products to the market.

**The Person**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive/Manage program schedule development and execute tactical plans to support Product Development
- Program budget planning to support Product development execution
- Drive schedule readiness for engineering test solutions to support 1st Si bring-up activities.
- Interface & communicate with cross-functional groups for full alignment, reporting and drive improvements
- Coordinate to qualify production test solutions for production capacity installation at OSAT
- Provide engineering support to production control and OSAT
- Lead / participate in teams and task forces to resolve production issues
- Manage Product Life Cycle management phase gate review

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience and effective in Project Management and Program Management
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes.
- General understanding of all phases of manufacturing / operations
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Independent, resourceful and proactive

**Academic Credentials**:

- Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering, preferably with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent OR
- Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering, preferably with 8 - 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
