We are seeking an experienced
Program Manager
to support and coordinate inbound Asia programs that help foreign startups explore market opportunities across the region. In this role, you will work closely with the team to plan, organize, and execute these programs.
The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating both
fast-paced startup environments
and
structured corporate landscapes , combining agility with strong process management skills. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and startups from diverse backgrounds to ensure programs are executed effectively and achieve intended impact.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution
Support the Program Director in planning, designing, and implementing startup programs.
Coordinate day-to-day program activities, from preparation to delivery and reporting.
Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and external stakeholders.
Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables, flagging risks when needed.
Work with mentors, startups, and internal teams to ensure program objectives are met.
Implement best practices in program and project management for smooth execution.
Assist in planning and organizing market immersion trips.
Startup Support
Provide guidance and resources to startups during their participation.
Assist in coordinating workshops, mentor sessions, and networking activities.
Ensure startups receive the information and support they need throughout the program.
Ecosystem Engagement
Support engagement with startups, investors, corporates, and ecosystem partners to enable collaboration opportunities.
Stay up to date with market trends and emerging technologies to support program strategy.
Help maintain and grow the mentor and partner network in relevant markets.
Assist in preparing presentations and hosting inbound delegations.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Interest and understanding of the startup ecosystem, including trends, challenges, and opportunities in Southeast Asia.
3+ years
of program management or related experience in startups, corporate innovation teams, or technology-driven enterprises.
3+ years
of experience in multinational corporations or large organizations.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and lean startup principles.
Ability to work effectively in both structured and ambiguous environments.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
Excellent collaborator and communicator, with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Notion, HubSpot).
Excellent command of written and spoken English in a business context.
