**Duties & Responsibilities**
- To support and provide independent valuations of business and business interests, intangible assets, financial instruments, for varied purposes such as transactions, litigation support, dispute resolution, financial reporting and restructuring;
- To conduct macro and micro economic and industry research;
- Discuss business plan and transform into meaningful forecast assumptions with key management;
- Develop financial models;
- Prepare valuation reports; and
- To provide technical valuation support to other internal departments.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word;
- Strong financial modeling skills;
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills; and
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus to foster strong internal and external networks.
