**The Role: BizOps Associate**
We’re looking for a versatile, proactive team player to join us as a BizOps Associate This isn’t just a front desk role - it’s a full-spectrum position for someone who’s excited to dive into every aspect of gym operations. From member engagement and front desk responsibilities to supporting our social media and marketing efforts, you’ll be a key player in keeping our gym running smoothly and our community engaged.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Operations**:Welcome members, manage check-ins, answer inquiries, and help keep the gym organized. As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for a warm, engaging experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
- **Member Engagement**:Build relationships with our members, help them feel part of the Pineapple MMA family, and keep them updated on events and activities.
- **Social Media & Marketing Support**:Work alongside our social media team to assist with posts, member engagement, and keeping our followers in the loop on all the exciting things happening at the gym.
- **General Gym Operations**:Jump in wherever you’re needed, whether that’s supporting events, helping with gym upkeep, or assisting in projects.

**Schedule**:

- **Weekdays**:7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- **Weekends**:9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- **Work Week**:6 days, including weekends

- **Adaptable Multi-tasker**:You can juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- **Proactive and Reliable**:You’re ready to jump in and contribute wherever needed. Our team is small and dynamic, so everyone plays a crucial role in our success.
- **Social Media Familiarity**:Basic knowledge of social media is a plus, as you’ll help out with posts and engagement.
