DAS Umbrella is an exciting global e-commerce company that owns various exciting eCommerce businesses globally.

As a **Head of Product Design / Innovation **at Das Umbrella, you will be exposed to a variety of proprietary strategies that we use to scale our e-commerce businesses (starting with our flagship mattress brand) in 7 countries globally.

This is a brand new role within, but you will be joining our young and ambitious team determined to put Das Umbrella on the world map as one of the best e-commerce companies in the world.

You will join our team as the Head of Product Design / Innovation for our flagship mattress brand.

You will follow our principles and vision to become the best mattress company in the world, and to create the most marketable mattresses the world has ever seen.

Using your empathy, creativity, aesthetic feel, and desire to create something amazing, we will change the world together, starting from the products you create.

We will adapt each mattress to each country. You will have freedom of time and ideas, but must be open to criticism and have huge passion for creating.

**Requirements**:

- Not necessary to have design background, but must be able to sketch and illustrate extremely well
- Understand customer psychology / people deeply
- Digital marketing background is a plus
- Positive and driven to create products that drive desire, strong emotions in our customers
- Strong creative / aesthetic feel is a MUST
- Strong empathy
- Strong desire to create great products is a MUST
- Strong desire to make a positive difference in the world

**You will be working with internal and external designers to create the mattress of our dreams, so design skills are not required.
**Salary**
- SGD 4-7k / month
