**Job Description
**This involves UX and UI designers, Product Managers / Owners, and Customer Support. We need a leader who will focus on coordinating the team making these products a reality. This includes motivating the teams, making sure they work together efficiently, and helping them interacting with all external stakeholders.

This role will ensure the best possible input to the engineering team, so that developers can focus on what they do best. The Product Head will also have to listen to the feedback from the users, leveraging the CS channel. This should allow the team to keep the pulse of the product and make sure we quickly reach Product-Market fit, and we maintain it while the product evolves.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years as Head of Product
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand and be understood by different groups of people (technical, designers, business, investors, clients)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong understanding of the buisiness landscape
- Ability to gain the trust and respect of the development team
- Strategic thinking, ability to translate a vision into a roadmap, and lead the team into executing it effectively
- Fast learner, good understanding and some direct experience on the NFT industry and dGEN
