**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee financial activities for multiple entities within the organization.
- Handle consolidation accounting for multiple entities in Singapore and regional to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Lead and manage accounting team.
- Collaborate with finance teams across various entities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for each entity, ensuring transparency and adherence to accounting standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall financial health.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant parties.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards, implementing necessary adjustments to accounting practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Japanese skill to liaise with HQ side and external parties
- Minimally 8 years of Audit & in-house accounting experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in similar role within the real estate industry
- Hands on experiences in J-SOX and J-GAAP with international standard
- Familiar with Singapore and regional taxation matters
- Proven experience as an Account Manager and handling multiple entities
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to direct and supervise
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
