求人内容
- 現職のマネージャーからの引継ぎ業務
- 月次 / 四半期ごと/財務諸表などの準備と本社への報告業務
- 各プロジェクトの進捗確認
- その他関連業務
- Take over the duties and responsibilities from the current staff.
- Preparing of Monthly/quarterly Financial Statement/Report to Japan
- Monitoring/Management of each project
- Any adhoc duties by the MD and the superior

応募資格

【必須条件】
- 最低3年の建設業界での事務の経験
- Microsoft Excel (特にpivot tablesやchartなど)に長けた方

【優遇条件】
- 経理関連業務の経験
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Centralに明るい方

【Must】
- Able to speak and write Japanese (JLPT-N1) in order to liaise with Japanese speaking 3rd parties
- At least 3 year of Admin related working experience in construction industry
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel (Especially in advanced formulas, pivot tables and chart)

【Advantage】
- Experienced Accountant is Preferable
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an added Advantage
