
General Administrative Officer

**General Administration**:
Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.
Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary.
**Human Resource Management**:
Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process.
Prepare new employee files and maintain employee records in compliance with HR regulations.
Assist with payroll processing by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves.
Administer employee policies.
**Data Entry and Reporting**:
Input data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems.
Generate reports and presentations as required by management.
Assist in analyzing data and preparing summaries or recommendations.
**Qualifications**:
Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven experience as an administrative officer, administrator, or similar role.
Strong understanding of office management procedures, basic accounting principles, and human resources practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
