**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Warehouse & Distribution
- Responsible for daily operational management of distribution activities, but not limited to all the activities related to physical movement of products - freight, customs, warehousing, order processing and transportation
- Linking with internal partners (Commercial team, Planning, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Regional COE and etc) and external partners (3PLs, Freight forwarders, Custom Brokers, etc..) across the organization
- Act as SME for Singapore distribution in both local as well as regional teams.
- Responsible to prepare and supervise the distribution scorecard, containing metrics such as OTIF, OTS, OTD, OS&D, etc.
- Identify distribution best-practices and implement these at the DC. - Lead and run continuous improvement projects.

Quality & Compliance Activities:
Ensure all distribution activities align with FCPA, SOX guidelines, J&J Quality standards and local regulations such as HSA, Customs and other trade compliance related matters.
- Work with quality team to meet quality requirements in Inbound and Outbound processes
- Work on creation, change management and timely closure of all quality related actions e.g. SOP, WI, NCR, Change control

Distribution Complaints Management:
Customer Complaints Handling: complaint logging, following up with operation team investigation and Complaint Closure.
- Internal customer complaints management and driving the closure of each of the concerns from the internal customers
- Working with 3PL to publish complaints dashboard

**Authorities**:

- Approver for all the warehouse/distribution spend in warehouse
- Approver for all the freight invoices

Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma in a related field
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of supply chain experience required, ideally in a distribution, customer service or planning related role. Experience in the Consumer Health sector or FMCG is a plus. Technical Skills:

- Strong Logistics and/or warehouse knowledge
- Sense of urgency - Proven track record of delivering against deadlines.
- Excellent collaborative skill. - Ability to work locally, across businesses, sectors, and functions.
- Good understanding of the order processing & customer service processes
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical ability
- Understanding of end to end supply chain processes and Supply Chain KPIs
- External interactions may include customers, industry partners, third-party distribution centers and suppliers, transportation providers, and customer service center vendors
- Willingness to visit the DC on a regular basis and work on temporary basis out of the DC when needed.
- English speaking required.
- Quality & compliance mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.

**Work Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in leading projects, preferably warehouse/distribution projects.
- Experience in working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
- Experienced with an ERP, ideally SAP.
