- **Data-Driven Recruitment**:Use recruitment metrics and data to refine and improve the recruitment process.
- **Compliance**:Ensure all hiring practices comply with local employment laws.
- **Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:Minimum of 3 years of experience in tech recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- **Knowledge**:Strong understanding of various tech roles and skills, including software development, data engineering, DevOps, and more.
- **Tools**:Proficient in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR software.
- **Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**:Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- **Organizational Skills**:Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- **Team Player**:Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

**Preferred Experiences**:

- Experience in recruiting for specialized tech roles such as AI, machine learning, or cybersecurity.
- HR Expertise: Experience with salary benchmarking, relocation packages, and compensation strategies.
