Head Nurse

Ø**Position: Head Nurse**

**Job Descriptions**:
**Ensure the quality of care**

1. Responsible for the implementation of nursing rules and regulations, nursing routines, technical operating specifications and nursing quality standards, institutionalizing and standardizing all work, and guiding nursing staff to continuously improve various service processes and operating routines at any time;
2. Host the morning meeting of the nursing department, conduct training at any time on professional nursing issues, conduct regular case analysis, strengthen nurses' clinical learning experience, and continuously improve the quality of nursing;
3. Responsible for nursing rounds, daily quality control management and supervision, prevention and supervision of abnormal events, and avoiding nursing accidents in the centre;
4. Lead nurses to implement all process operations and education in accordance with company specifications;
5. Conduct audits and give guidance and suggestions;
6. Analysis and improvement plan are required for special clinical cases to prevent the same incident from happening again.

**B. Responsible for team management**

1. Reasonably arrange the shift schedule according to the occupancy rate, be responsible for the deployment of nursing staff, keep the centre's manpower allocation reasonable, and reduce labor costs;
2. Responsible for management work such as recruitment interviews, training, performance appraisal, training and promotion of team personnel;
3. Conduct and guide on-the-job training, teach and practice new employees, be responsible for formulating training plans and implementation measures for the nursing department, organize professional and technical training for nurses/team leaders, and conduct regular technical assessments to enable nurses to have good customer communication and Continuously comprehensively improve capabilities;
4. Review purchase requisitions and usage plans for nursing supplies, control the cost of nursing supplies, and reimburse and settle nursing department expenses;
5. Audit and management of offices, public area management, and environmental sanitation.

**C. Improve customer satisfaction**

1. Handle nursing complaints, improve customer satisfaction with nursing care, and increase customer referral;
Ø **Requirements**:
1. 25-40 years old, Degree holder major in nursing;
2. Those with more than 3 years of experience in obstetrics, gynecology, and neonatology in medical institutions or more than 3 years of experience in maternal and infant care. Applicants with more than 2 years of work management experience in obstetrics, gynecology, and neonatology departments in hospital or medical institutions, and those with experience as head nurses in maternal and infant institution will be given priority;
3. Good image and temperament, lively, cheerful, approachable personality, and able to work under pressure;
4. Have empathy, responsibility, love and patience;
5. Have insight, organizational coordination, teamwork and participation in execution;
6. Love the maternal and infant care industry, which is beneficial to personnel management and communication and coordination skills;
7. Recognize the company's business philosophy, have consistent values, and be able to adapt to the company's rapid development pace.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
