Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day clinical operations, including patient prep, monitoring, and post-treatment care.
  • Safely operate and manage X-ray equipment, take high-quality diagnostic images as prescribed by veterinarians.
  • Support physical therapies by handling and positioning patients calmly and securely, especially during treatments like hydrotherapy and therapeutic exercises.
  • Work alongside therapists to implement therapy plans, including massage, range-of-motion exercises, and equipment usage.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Veterinary Nursing from a recognised institution.
  • Proven ability to operate X-ray equipment and interpret basic imaging results. Certification or formal training in veterinary radiography
  • Animal Handling: good skills in safe, compassionate handling of animals, especially during therapy or imaging.
