We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Specialist, IT Project Management Office (UAT Tester) (6 months contract) - HSBC Life.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Participate in Stories and Business Requirements gathering
- Understand business requirements and translate them into test cases / steps for testing
- Perform testing and ensure business requirements are incorporated into system design
- Upload test cases / test steps into Jira
- Review the feasibility of possible improvements in testing scope / steps
- Collaborate with IT developers/business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and all business scenarios are incorporated into testing scope
- Provide proper analysis/details on defects in Jira and clarify if needed
- Document all test results and defects in shared drive / Jira
- Communicate effectively with IT/Business stakeholders
- Work with relevant stakeholders to support UAT testing / end to end testing / regression testing
- Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge in EB insurance (Group health) and testing experience
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- A good communicator
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and complete testing on time
- Able to work in an agile environment
- A proactive and positive mind-set
