Singapore RAPTOR INSIGHTS PTE. LTD. Full time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Business Analyst**with **5+ years of experience**in business process analysis and ERP implementation—preferably in **SAP Procurement**or similar systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Coupa.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze procurement processes, gather requirements, and support the configuration and implementation of ERP solutions to improve procurement efficiency, compliance, and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with procurement, finance, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed BRDs/FRDs and support technical teams with functional clarifications.
- Support ERP configuration and end-to-end testing for procure-to-pay (P2P) and sourcing modules.
- Facilitate UAT sessions, prepare test cases, and track issues to closure.
- Create and maintain documentation for process flows, SOPs, training guides, and system usage.
- Assist in data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation activities during ERP rollouts or upgrades.
- Participate in change management efforts and end-user training support.
- Monitor ERP system performance and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2+ years working with ERP procurement modules (e.g., SAP MM, Ariba, Oracle iProcurement, Dynamics 365).
- Solid understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) and sourcing workflows.
- Ability to interpret business requirements into system configurations or enhancements.
- Strong skills in documentation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional communication.
- Proficient with tools such as MS Excel, Visio, Jira/Confluence, or equivalent.
- Experience in Agile or hybrid SDLC environments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Exposure to cloud-based ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Dynamics 365).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse.
- Understanding of how ERP data integrates with cloud platforms for reporting, analytics, or automation use cases.
- Experience collaborating with data engineering teams on ETL pipelines or reporting requirements.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or contract lifecycle management tools.
- Certification in CBAP, Agile BA, or SAP Procurement is a plus.
