**MAIN PURPOSE**:
Responsible for the effective performance management of all internal retail boutiques in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Supports the commercial department and works in line with the Maison’s strategic plan with dedicated regional and international Retail Performance teams, and in constant contact with PIAGET Southeast Asia internal retail network.
- OPERATIONS
- Ensure implementation and adherence of operational procedures, customer service and merchandising guidelines
- Provide monthly analysis and monitor all retail KPIs (Unit Per Transaction, average basket, conversion rate, traffic, individual sales performance etc) and work with the Area Manager to implement strategies for achieving them
- Coordinate and follow up on boutique activations based on business needs to create sales impact.
- Support ordering of stationery and supplies for boutiques
- Support onboarding of new hires including office/boutique tour, boutique/office attachment, uniform coordination
- Create POs, boutique billings follow up
- Close follow up on Special orders and VIP customers’ needs
- Support Area Manager on daily operations of all boutiques
- Reporting
- Monthly actual sales vs budget, sales staff performance etc (Per boutique/ Per team member)
- Month-end Reports and Retail Indicators
- Prepare Customer Analysis, Traffic flow and Sales analysis
- Weekly/ By-weekly/ Monthly Meeting - Follow up meeting agenda and communication to the team. Minutes taking and follows up on actions plans
- Monthly Expenses report
- Any ad-hoc reporting when needed
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Responsible support CRM initiatives ensure we meet CRM KPIs and Maison’s long term strategic objectives
- Manage client data extractions and provide reports/information for campaigns/ activations
- Support Area Manager in preparing of letters to VIC
- Consolidate feedback from boutiques - e.g. Events, training etc
- Assist to investigate on any client complaint/ Mystery shopping; liaise and follow-up with Richemont supporting services and/or Regional or HQ team to propose solutions
- Send to boutiques Birthday & Anniversary reminders & analysis
- Bridging communication between the retail team and CRM
- Training Coordination
- Support commercial with coordination of training programs for Retail team
- Organize induction agenda for new hire
- Events and Projects (Ad-hoc)
- Assist in organizing events - e.g. invitations, coordinating the logistics/travel arrangements for VIP customers attending overseas events with CRM team
- Support in boutique activations & high jewellery event when needed
- Assist Area Manager in preparation for market visits and events

**PROFILE**
- Bachelor degree in business, retail management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong in data analytics and sales analysis (Meticulous)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Presentable and well-groomed at all times
- Adopt proper etiquette on the sales floor
