**The Career Opportunity**: As a team lead, you play a key role within the Divisional Account Management team, and you will have the opportunity to manage a team of account managers and work directly with the major key clients within the financial corporates industry. **Essential Responsibilities**:
Driving and influencing team performance to generate new dollars across new sales and price increases through achieving good stability around timely renewals and building stable sales pipelines
Partner and influence sales specialists and cross-functional teams to enable the AM team to better identify, sell and close opportunities for S&P Global Market Intelligence services and be the central point of contact, collaborating across internal functions for a cohesive customer experience.
Be the “voice of the customer” internally and define a similar series of growth mindset and culture as your internal stakeholders in order to achieve your team’s growth objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives, and become their trusted partner for them and their teams, creating awareness of the account management structure
Work with internal stakeholders to proactively assess and address areas of growth / collaboration / issue resolution
**What we're looking for**:
Minimum 8 years of sales and/or relationship management experience, with a proven track record of managing sales/account managers in a similar analytics provider space within the financial services sector
Minimum Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Economics or related working experience is preferred
A proven track record of managing and leading a diverse team in closing enterprise-level deals and steering complex negotiations with a positive mindset
Strong knowledge and understanding of Financial Corporates especially in sell-side and buy-side client markets in ASEAN, with a good understanding of regulations, trends, business networks and cultural nuance.
Strong ability to influence, drive and maintain the optimal revenue growth culture within the team
Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude towards managing risks and maximizing opportunity in a defined book of business
