**Responsibilities**:
1. **Printing Coordination**:

- Coordinate the printing of educational booklets according to schedule and quality standards.
- Liaise with printing vendors to ensure timely production and delivery.

2. **Logistics Management**:

- Plan and schedule deliveries of printed materials to various centers islandwide.
- Ensure accurate inventory management of printed materials and supplies.

3. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of printing orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.Generate reports on printing activities and logistics performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in logistics coordination and printing
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with printing technologies and processes.
