**What the role is**

You will undertake real estate research, which includes monitoring, data mining, analyzing and forecasting trends in the Singapore residential market, as well as conducting topical studies on real estate issues, to bring about a better understanding of the market dynamics budgeting and identify any emerging trends for planning and policy decision-making.

**What you will be working on**

You would be responsible for gathering and synthesizing information from a wide range of sources, projecting and interpreting trends using statistical techniques and data analytics tools with dashboards where relevant, to aid management in data-driven policy and decision-making.

**What we are looking for**

You should possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, and be proficient in programming language (e.g. R), modelling and statistical software such as SPSS, EViews or SAS.
You should display a keen attention to details, be thorough and rigorous to deliver quality work consistently, have good organisational and communication skills, and be able to perform under tight timelines. You should also be able to write and present well, be able to work independently as well as in a team.
